Domestic (Canada): Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days.

United States: Estimated delivery within 7-14 business days.

International: Estimated delivery within 10-21 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that these are estimated shipping times and may vary based on your location and other factors.

2. Order Processing

All orders are made and/or printed to order. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before your item is shipped.

3. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the destination.

5. Delays and Responsibilities

We strive to ensure your order is delivered on time; however, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

1. Refunds

All sales are final. Since our products are made and/or printed to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason other than damaged or defective products.

2. Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

A detailed description of the issue

Clear photos of the damaged or defective item and packaging

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for items due to sizing, color variations, or change of mind. Please refer to our size chart and product descriptions before making a purchase.
